World Mental Health Day on 10th October 2025 aims to raise awareness about mental health issues and promote mental wellbeing.

In 2025, the theme is “Access to Services Mental Health in Catastrophes and Emergencies,” highlighting the importance of mental health support during challenging times. Schools play a crucial role in fostering a supportive environment for students to discuss and understand mental health.
