Connect to Work

Available to people aged 18+ in Lincolnshire, including North and North East Lincolnshire who face barriers to work.

This voluntary programme gives people one point of contact from start to finish. A dedicated Employment Specialist who gets to know them properly, works with them to find the right opportunity and stays involved as they settle into work.

Support is flexible and built around real life, not a fixed programme or one-size fits all approach.

Taking part will not affect Universal Credit. People can explore options without risk.

Self referral - Subject to eligibility criteria anybody can be referred to the scheme. A quick appointment will be made to follow up in a venue of the participants choice, coffee shop, cafe'. There is no need to attend our offices, we will bring the service to you.
