Join Harry from North Lincolnshire’s Community Wellbeing Team at Holy Souls Church on Thursday 1 September (13.00pm - 16.00pm) for a fast and free blood pressure check, as part of the North Lincolnshire Healthy Hearts Initiative. 

Following your check, we’ll provide information, advice and guidance based on your blood pressure reading, including what steps you may need to take next.

Blood pressure checks are available to North Lincolnshire residents aged 18 and over.

Cardiovascular disease is one of the leading causes of death in North Lincolnshire. High blood pressure often has no obvious symptoms, so getting it checked is an important way to understand your risk. By identifying high blood pressure early, people can access the support and treatment they need, helping them to live longer, healthier lives.
