Aerial Hoop Group Classes

Each week you will learn a variety of aerial skills including mounts, positions under the bar, on top of the bar and within the hoop. You will learn to move around the hoop safely whilst being able to connect moves, tricks and combinations.

Monday classes are suitable for absolute beginners wanting to learn the basics of aerial hoop. You do not require any previous excercise or fitness experience to attend.

Tuesday classes are aimed at beginner/intermediate students who have some existing fitness, dance or aerial experience.

Classes for intermediate/advanced will be added to the timetable shortly.

The full timetable including additional one off workshops and other types of aerial classes are available on the Groovio booking app (see website url). Private lessons and parties are also available on request by contacting Liv. Liv can also be contacted via direct message on Instagram @Liv_is.in.the.air33

Classes are currently open to people of all genders and ages over 18. Under 18s classes will be made available soon.

All instructors are fully qualified and insured. Classes are held in a newly purpose built aerial studio with heating, air conditioning, toilet and changing facilities, kitchen and plenty of parking.
