World Suicide Prevention Day will be held on September 10th and is an annual reminder that there is an alternative to suicide, and it aims to inspire confidence and light in all of us. That our actions, no matter how big or small, may provide hope to those who are struggling. It is a moment for us to pause and remember that behind every statistic is a person. Sexual Health Week
Sexual Health Week will run from the 14th of September to the 20th an is an opportunity to strengthen Relationships and Sex Education (RSE), helping pupils develop the knowledge, confidence and skills to build healthy relationships, make informed choices and know where to access trusted support and information. Brook's theme for sexual health week 2026 is 'Let's Connect'. Throughout the week, Brook will help young people explore how to build and sustain authentic relationships in an era of ghosting and endless scrolling. They will also examine what it means to feel connected to our own bodies, emotions and needs as well as discussing the importance of community in tackling stigma, abuse and health inequalities.

Youth Mental Health Day
Organised by stem4, Youth Mental Health Day held every year will take place on 18 September. It brings together young people, schools, families, professionals and organisations across the UK to focus on helping young people thrive. The theme for Youth Mental Health Day 2026 is #BuildFutureYou.

National Doodle Day
National Doodle Day is an annual fundraising campaign organized by Epilepsy Action.
This is a campaign which brings together hundreds of artists, illustrators and celebrities to create original artworks, which are auctioned across a 10 day period from 25th September to 4th October via eBay in order to raise money which will go directly towards Epilepsy Action's goal of creating a world without limits for people with epilepsy.

Snack-tember
Snack-tember is all about improving children and young people’s knowledge, skills, confidence and motivation, so that they can make and choose healthier, more sustainable snacks. Throughout September 2026, The British Nutrition Foundation will be helping children and young people to:

- Try new snacks
- Make their own healthy snacks
