Self-care Summer Toolkit
For some education staff, it can be difficult to fully switch off during the summer, especially with September already on their minds. For young people, changes to their daily routine, time away from friends, and uncertainty about the new school year can also be challenging.
Looking after your mental health over the summer is important. The break is a chance to rest, recharge, and build healthy habits that can support wellbeing throughout the year.
This toolkit includes activities, teaching resources, and practical guidance to help support the mental wellbeing of both pupils and staff during the summer and beyond.
