Integrated Hub at The Forge Project
The Integrated Hub is located at The Forge project.
This is a direct access support service offering advice and guidance and referrals into services.
Opening hours are from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 12pm and 4pm to 8pm at weekends.
Staff from the supported living teams are on site as well as staff from The Forge Project.
